Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we ship and our return policy.
Shipping Times
Every item is printed to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production, plus 5–7 business days for US delivery — 7–11 business days total from order to doorstep. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout: $5.50 for a single item, $12.00 for orders of two or more items, and free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Shipping rates apply to U.S. orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition for a full refund.
To start a return, email us at info@idahobagchasers.com with your order number. Return shipping is on you — but if we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’ve got it covered.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
Need a different size instead? Email us and we’ll get the exchange sorted.
